Members are required to attend at least one event per month. This ensures we maintain an engaged and vibrant community where all participants can connect with passionate, like-minded individuals.

Bullying of any kind is strictly prohibited in Glow City. This includes the use of force, coercion, hurtful teasing, passive-aggressive comments, or threats to intimidate or harm others.

If you bully someone, your membership will be immediately terminated without refund.

Memberships are available in one-month or three-month subscriptions and are non-refundable. Our memberships are commitment-free, so if you choose not to continue, simply don’t renew when your current term ends.

If you cannot attend an event, you may receive a 50% refund if you notify Glow Content Club Oy at least 72 hours before the event date. For example, if the event is on the 13th at 17:30, you must notify us by the 9th at 23:59 (Finland's time zone).

You can contact us by email glow.cclub@gmail.com. Mention in the email your full name and the event you wish to cancel.

You can only purchase 1 ticket per event, which means that for example you cannot buy a ticket for your friend.

By attending an event, you agree to allow Glow Content Club Oy to use photos and videos taken during the event on our social media platforms and promotional materials, such as the website. We always strive to ensure you look your best in all content we share - xoxo!

Membership and participation are restricted to individuals aged 18 and older.
